Adam Christopher
Director, Active Training Team
Adam Christopher and Dermot Kerrigan created Active Training Team (ATT) in 2007 with the sole intention of telling stories to provoke thought and reflection to encourage behaviour to change for the better. Today ATT are innovators in safety leadership. Their experiential programmes equip people with a profound understanding of their role in safety and the practical communication skills to make a difference.
Using a blend of film, live action and facilitated discussion, ATT creates realistic active learning environments that bridge the gap between theory and the reality of life in the workplace. Behind the effectiveness of their work lies a deep understanding of the way that heightened emotional and sensory experiences impact on learning, memory, recall, and subsequent behaviour.
ATT designs and delivers award-winning safety leadership site specific centres and mobile programmes across the construction, transport and energy sectors. Clients include Ørsted, the Thames Tideway Tunnel Project, Siemens Gamesa, Siemens Energy, Scottish Power, BP, National Grid, Network Rail and Associated British Ports. ATT aims to set the benchmark in safety leadership and welcomes the opportunity to work with organisations which share this aspiration.
